Many old warehouses, shops, and manufacturing plants have been previously coated with an epoxy, concrete floor paint, or other coating system. Over time, these paints fail for one reason or another and become harder to maintain as they wear or chip away. One way to restore the floor is through epoxy removal from concrete and either re-coat or polish the concrete beneath it. What ever you are looking to do with your floor, we can help! We cal remove several layers of floor paint and clean and polish surface to restore beauty and longevity.
There are vinyl adhesives or tiles glues that you might require to be removed to the bare concrete. Some of these are tan mastics, thin set, or other contact glues. If the concrete beneath the tile adhesive is going to be polished, it is important to remember that the grid pattern beneath the tile will remain visible. With our diamond grinding method we can eliminate the vinyl adhesives.
